Electromechanical headlight adjuster

Electromechanical headlight adjuster consists of DC electromotor, worm reduction unit and electro control board.

Worm reduction unit converts rotation of DC electromotor to forward movement of slide bar. Slide bar has ball joint which connected with holder of bottom of a headlight reflector. Also headlight reflector has a joint connection on top.

Slide bar moving changes an angle of a reflector with a light source. In case of load changing on back axle (passengers, cargo) the position of body of the car also changes. Driver can change position of headlight by switch in accordance with recommendations of a service manual for automobile.
