Manufacturing of prototype model

After ending the design stages and before the beginning of working on design documents on mold production, it is necessary to make prototype models. They will be the final checking stage before the costly process of mold production, where design errors of lighting technology as well as various corrections and further developments are not allowed.

On the produced prototype model it is possible to estimate the future end product.  Also on this stage it is possible to do butting with body parts of vehicle, to do all necessary control instrumentation, except thermal measuring, because prototype model is made of polymer mixture that is unstable to high temperatures.

After the analysis of prototype model check (when required) the last corrections of planning documentation are made.
