Beam unit is often applied in a modern automotive headlight. Beam unit is intended for accurate limiting of beam moving and high level of a light beam. Beam units can be used for creating individual designs of headlights thanks to different diameters of lens, lighting functions and capacities for installation. While using a stock beam unit, money can be saved on an optic design stage and then on a mould manufacturing stage. But using of beam units may limit capacities for development of a whole headlight design.
